Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

All purchases made on betafellow.com are final and non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this policy.

By completing a purchase, you are reserving a seat in a limited-capacity, time-bound digital program and receiving immediate access to proprietary content, community platforms, and program resources.


2. 24-Hour Refund Window

A refund may be requested within twenty-four (24) hours of the original payment time only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The refund request is submitted in writing via email to support@betafellow.com

  • The request is received within 24 hours of the payment timestamp recorded by our payment processor

  • The participant has not substantially accessed or consumed program materials, sessions, or services

Refund eligibility is determined solely by the transaction timestamp recorded by our payment processor (e.g., Stripe), not by local time zones or message send times.


3. No Refunds After 24 Hours

After the 24-hour refund window has passed:

  • No refunds will be issued

  • No partial refunds

  • No credits, transfers, or deferrals

  • No refunds for non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction, or change of mind

  • No refunds due to personal circumstances, including travel, visa, employment, health, or financial reasons

This applies regardless of participation level or perceived outcome.


4. Digital Access & Program Delivery

Once access is granted to any of the following, the purchase is considered delivered and used:

  • Program platforms, portals, or dashboards

  • Community groups (Slack, Discord, Circle, etc.)

  • Live or recorded sessions

  • Course materials, documents, templates, or proprietary content

  • Calendars, onboarding sessions, or mentorship access

Access may be granted immediately or scheduled, but reservation of the seat occurs immediately upon payment.


5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Participants agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for charges that comply with this Refund Policy.

In the event of a chargeback or dispute:

  • We reserve the right to submit evidence including access logs, attendance records, communications, and policy acceptance

  • Access to all Betafellow programs, communities, and services may be immediately revoked

  • We may permanently restrict future participation
