Betafellow Program Policy
This Program Policy (“Policy”) governs participation in programs, fellowships, cohorts, courses, and related services (“Program”) offered by Betafellow (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling, you agree to be bound by this Policy in full.
1. Program Overview
Betafellow programs are time-bound, limited-capacity, digital-first programs that may include, but are not limited to:

Live or recorded sessions

Community access (Slack, Discord, Circle, etc.)

Educational materials, documents, or templates
-
Mentorship, office hours, or advisory sessions
-
Events, demos, or networking opportunities
Programs are designed for educational and professional development purposes only.
2. Eligibility & Enrollment

Enrollment is first-come, first-served and subject to capacity limits.

A seat is reserved immediately upon successful payment.

We reserve the right to deny or revoke participation if eligibility requirements are not met or if this Policy is violated.
3. Program Access & Delivery

Access to Program materials and communities may be granted immediately or on a scheduled basis.

Program schedules, speakers, mentors, and content are subject to change.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, funding, employment, or partnerships.
Participation and results depend on individual effort and circumstances.
4. Participant Responsibilities & Conduct
Participants agree to:

Engage respectfully with other participants, mentors, and staff

Not disrupt sessions or community discussions

Not harass, discriminate, or engage in abusive behavior
-
Not share, resell, or distribute proprietary materials
Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal from the Program without refund.
5. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All Program content, materials, recordings, and resources are proprietary to Betafellow or its partners.

Participants may not copy, record, distribute, or commercialize Program content without written permission.

Community discussions may include confidential or sensitive information; participants agree to maintain confidentiality.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
6.1 General Rule
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as expressly stated below.
Programs are limited-capacity and seat-based. Once a seat is reserved, it cannot be easily reassigned.
6.2 24-Hour Refund Window
A refund request may be considered only if:

Submitted in writing to support@betafellow.com

Received within 24 hours of the original payment timestamp

The participant has not substantially accessed or consumed Program content, platforms, or services
Refund eligibility is determined solely by the payment processor’s timestamp (e.g., Stripe).
6.3 No Refunds After 24 Hours
After the 24-hour window:

No refunds
-
No partial refunds
-
No credits, transfers, or deferrals
-
No refunds for non-attendance, dissatisfaction, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances
This applies regardless of participation level or outcomes.
6.4 Digital Access
Once access is granted to any Program materials, platforms, or communities, the service is considered delivered and used.
